We provide a full refund up to 2 weeks before the event. Emails us at worldofaetheriaevent@gmail.com for a refund. Afterwards, ticket transfer/resale is allowed, just let us know the new contact information.

When you buy your ticket, you have two options: “Full Experience” and “Main Event”, select the main event ticket and then you’ll receive the location closer to the event date. If you need to make transport/accommodation arrangements, our venue is situated in South East London, 20min away from London Bridge. 

If you have knack for cosplay you are welcome to come in costume. Bring comfortable shoes and snacks in case you are doing the adventure, food and drinks are available on-site. Make sure you bring your ticket with you for registry and money for the fantasy market, should you chose to buy merch and other magical items!

The venue where Aetheria takes place has chairs, tables, toilets and no stairs. For noise sensitivity, we will be distributing free ear plugs by the registry. For information about the adventure, please check out our Adventure’s page. Please contact us for specific accessibility needs.

Aetheria is a 12+ event. Make sure you bring a form of ID should the bar request it.

The main event is indoors, if you do the adventure make sure you have an umbrella or raincoat.

Yes! Photography and video are 100% allowed, this is a public event. Just be mindful if someone does not want to be photographed.

We understand your concern and know you are not alone! We too experience it so we’ll do our best to accommodate you. During the adventure you will have opportunities to get to now your crew and make potential friendships, and at the main event we will place board games and mini challenges for anyone to connect.

Unfortunatelly due to the limited size of the venue there isn’t a quiet area, but we are working hard to make that a possibility in the future. We want to make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible, if you are sensitive to noise, we will provide free ear plugs by the registry, your health comes first!

The scavenger hunt is designed to be completed in approximately 1-1:30h, depending on your pace and how quickly you solve the clues. However, it can take more if you take on side quests and enjoy the view/place a little more. Take your time and enjoy the journey, there is no time limit! Just make sure you don’t miss out on the 1st act of the Enchanting Chamber, at 5pm.

This adventure is not suitable for wheelchair users or anyone who isn’t able to walk long distances/use stairs. We have made the adventure as friendly as possible with the least amount of time between places and with other options available to stairs, but London is a large city. If you are not able to walk for more than 1h, we ask you to come only for the main event, doors open at 3pm.

The adventure is included with your “full experience” ticket. Simply arrive at the starting point and begin your adventure!

A crew is made up with 7 roles, in which each member must chose. You can have more than 1 person for 1 role, except “The Champion” – the leader of the crew. However, there can be only 10 people max per crew.

At an average pace it goes from 5 to 10min, no more than 15min. Of course you may chose to extend your walking time if you decide to take pictures and appreciate the views, it is up to you!

Yes! This year’s adventure is completely done in central London, there will be pubs, bars and public toilets around you. The app of the adventure will also indicate their locations, as you go.

Once completed the adventure and collected all gems, the address of Aetheria is unlocked. You are then welcome to take the available transport given (a direct bus or train). Bear in mind, London busses are contactless only.

This of this as a large treasure hunt or escape room. If you’re coming in costume, make sure it is comfortable enough to let you walk around without feeling heavy or tired. Bring snacks, your phone and a positive mindset to take on a good challenge! In case of rain, bring an umbrella or raincoat, can’t trust the weather even in June hehe. In terms of riddles and clues, we have small game night on our Discord every month, to prepare you for what’s to come!
