How does it work?
In the style of a treasure hunt, you will go on an adventure in the streets, finding magical places, facing challenges, solving riddles and clues through your phones, to unlock the address of the venue! You will need to form a crew of 10 loyal, clever, fierce and creative members and work together, to find 5 gems that open the portal to our world. Have you got what it takes? Duration: 1/1.30h max (It can take more if you’d like, it’s up to you!)

Your Adventure Awaits
Step 1
Step 1: Gather Your Crew
From a crew up to 10 members, chose a “Champion” to lead the crew and pick your role. There are 7 roles, one “The Champion” role can go to 1 person. Discover more about each role on the day.
Step 2
Step 2: Solve the Clues
Through the adventure app, use your wit and creativity to decipher each clue, find magical places and win aetherian gems. Depending on your crew, you might even get to take on side quests!
Step 3
Step 3: Reach the Destination
Once you win 5 gems, a portal opens and the address of the location is unlocked. When you arrive, enjoy a day of music, fantasy, and fun with fellow dreamers.
Know what to Expect
2. Bring a notebook and pen/pencil to take notes.
3. In case of bad weather, bring an umbrella and raincoat.
4. Bring snacks and water, always useful!
5. You are welcome to come in costume, but make sure it is comfortable enough to walk.
6. Phones will be necessary to access the adventure app.
7. When you unlock the address you will be given an option to either take a bus or a quick train to the venue.

What should I bring?
We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, a fully charged smartphone to access the adventure app, a notebook and pencil, and a sense of adventure! Water and snacks are also a good idea to keep you energized throughout the journey.
How long does the adventure take?
The scavenger hunt is designed to be completed in approximately 1-1:30h, depending on your pace and how quickly you solve the clues. However, it can take more if you take on side quests and enjoy the view/place a little more. Take your time and enjoy the journey, there is no time limit! Just make sure you don’t miss out on the 1st act of the Enchanting Chamber, at 5pm.
Is the adventure accessable?
This adventure is not suitable for wheelchair users or anyone who isn’t able to walk long distances/use stairs. We have made the adventure as friendly as possible with the least amount of time between places and with other options available to stairs, but London is a large city. If you are not able to walk for more than 1h, we ask you to come only for the main event, doors open at 3pm.
Do I need to purchase a separate ticket?
The adventure is included with your “full experience” ticket. Simply arrive at the starting point and begin your adventure!
Does it have to be 10 people in a crew?
A crew is made up with 7 roles, in which each member must chose. You can have more than 1 person for 1 role, except “The Champion” – the leader of the crew. However, there can be only 10 people max per crew.
How long do we walk between places?
At an average pace it goes from 5 to 10min, no more than 15min. Of course you may chose to extend your walking time if you decide to take pictures and appreciate the views, it is up to you!
Will there be toilets or places to rest?
Yes! This year’s adventure is completely done in central London, there will be pubs, bars and public toilets around you. The app of the adventure will also indicate their locations, as you go.
What happens at the end of the adventure?
Once completed the adventure and collected all gems, the address of Aetheria is unlocked. You are then welcome to take the available transport given (a direct bus or train). Bear in mind, London busses are contactless only.
Any tips for this adventure?
This of this as a large treasure hunt or escape room. If you’re coming in costume, make sure it is comfortable enough to let you walk around without feeling heavy or tired. Bring snacks, your phone and a positive mindset to take on a good challenge! In case of rain, bring an umbrella or raincoat, can’t trust the weather even in June hehe. In terms of riddles and clues, we have small game night on our Discord every month, to prepare you for what’s to come!
Can I bring my friends and make a crew?
Of course! Upon arrival, after registry we will ask you to form the crews, that is the 1st challenge!
